At True Self Counseling, we believe that each of us has inherent worth and value. We all carry within us the ability to heal, grow, and find happiness and peace. We often begin to struggle when we lose sight of that individual worth and begin to let our actions and beliefs be based more on the people and events around us than on the voice within us. Our goal at True Self is to help our clients strengthen that inner voice, live a life consistent with their personal values and beliefs, and embrace their true self.
We take a person-centered approach to therapy and view our clients as equal partners in the therapy process. We believe that there is not a one size fits all approach to therapy, so we utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches to connect and communicate with our clients in the way that works best for them. We will always respect your right to choose your path and will work with you to create goals that are meaningful for you.
