For those individuals not utilizing insurance, initial intake sessions are $150 and each subsequent 45-55 minute individual counseling session is $130.
For those using insurance but who have high deductibles, the amount will vary based on your insurance company and our contract with them.
Standard copays and coinsurance will apply, and will vary by company and individual plan.
We accept all major credit cards, HSA and FSA cards, as well as Clergy Pay.
We feel strongly that therapy should be accessible to everyone, regardless of financial circumstances, so we do our best to help each client explore all options for payment.

If we are not in-network with your insurance company, we are happy to provide the documentation needed in order to submit a claim to your insurance company for out of network reimbursement.

We will work with you to get you scheduled as soon as possible, at a time that works best for you, and with a therapist that can meet your needs. Many new clients are able to be seen within two weeks!
We provide individual counseling for ages 3 and up, as well as couples counseling. We also provide group counseling for specific issues/populations throughout the year depending on the needs of our clients.
At True Self, we specialize in the treatment of trauma, faith crisis/transitions, life transitions, ADHD, LGBTQ+ issues, Anxiety disorders, and Mood disorders.
We also have therapists who specialize in attachment, disordered eating, perfectionism, relationship issues, behavioral issues, autism, addiction, grief and loss, perinatal mental health, and more.

Effective therapy relies heavily on the relationship between the client and the therapist, so we understand the importance of finding the right therapist for you. If, for any reason, you feel your current therapist at True Self isn't the right fit, we will do all we can to either find another therapist at True Self that does fit your needs, or provide referrals for another therapist in the community. Most of our therapists are available for in-person sessions and can also accommodate virtual appointments as needed. For those who wish for only virtual appointments, we also have many therapists who can provide therapy 100% online.
Please note: We do not see children under the age of 12 virtually, as we've found it to be far less effective.
